A Life Between Two Spaces

For many years, I lived in two worlds at once.
By day, I worked in corporate environments—building systems, leading projects, and navigating complex organizational structures. By night, I stepped onto the stage as an actor and director, exploring presence, emotion, and expression.

These two spaces were not opposites. They were different languages. One shaped my understanding of structure, clarity, and responsibility. The other deepened my sensitivity to vulnerability, embodiment, and human connection.

I didn’t experience them as a continuous career shift—but as a dialogue between two parts of myself.

Between Systems and Expression

To truly inhabit a character, I had to dive deep into the human psyche. This intersection of performance and psychology revealed something essential to me: art is not only expression, but a powerful vehicle for transformation.

From this bridge—between the analytical structure of engineering and the emotional depth of theatre—a third practice emerged: coaching.

For 13 years, I worked as a Certified Coach alongside these worlds, accompanying individuals through career questions, life transitions, anxiety, and moments of feeling deeply stuck. In this space, I relied not only on language, but used my artistic intuition by sensory, symbolic, and embodied approaches to access what could not easily be spoken.

As I witnessed how creativity opened unexpected pathways to insight and relief, I began to recognise the profound depth of this work. The more I experienced the transformative power of art in these processes, the more I felt drawn to explore it further. It was this growing fascination—and the joy I found in working through creative processes—that inspired me to train as an art psychotherapist.

Where It All Comes Together

Today I’m an art psychotherapist based in Barcelona, working with children and adults—including professionals, migrants, and neurodivergent individuals—who are navigating life’s complexities such as trauma, anxiety, depression, or disability.

My practice integrates these worlds. I offer a space that is safe, contained, and deeply human—where nothing needs to be rushed, fixed, or performed.

While techniques guide the path, true transformation emerges within the therapeutic relationship, the space opened by creativity, and the courage to look inward. I do not offer quick fixes. I offer a steady and attentive therapeutic relationship—where images, words, and emotions can be explored safely, and where change unfolds at a pace that feels right for you.
